Reading the guide
You do not need an account to read this website. The guide does not ask for your game password or import your game save. It cannot access progress stored by the game on TheWoWDB.
Hosting and ordinary requests
The site is served through Cloudflare. Loading a page sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information, to the hosting provider so it can deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which guide pages are useful. Its script loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Selecting Essential only leaves those optional analytics disabled. Reading the guide does not require accepting analytics.
After consent, Google Analytics can collect page views, referring pages, interaction events, browser and device details, and approximate location derived during processing. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. It may use browser cookies to distinguish visits. See Google’s privacy policy and its GA4 regional data-collection documentation.
You can reopen the choice with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics loading on the reloaded page; it does not remove data already sent. To remove existing browser cookies, use your browser’s site-data controls.
Preferences and shared talent builds
The analytics preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. A shared talent build is encoded in its URL so another reader can open the same allocation. Treat anything you place in a shared URL as public, and do not add private information.
External links
Following a link to TheWoWDB, GitHub, a related game or a download takes you to a separate service. That service receives the request and applies its own privacy practices. This guide does not control those services or their local game saves.
Messages you send
If you contact the guide operator, the information you choose to send is used to read and respond to your request. Avoid sending credentials or private save exports. A message to the game developer is handled by that developer, not by this guide.
